The handmade Jewelry on our website is just that "handmade" and although we do our best at recreating the piece as seen on the website and/or your custom request, the exact same beads, gemstones, crystals, pearls, etc may differ in color or size. We hand select beads to the best of our ability, but the price may vary due to a number of factors including and not limited to availability of supplies, change in cost of the supplies and the additional length etc...
Custom jewelry orders are always welcome. Most of my items are handmade by myself with exception of the magnetic jewelry and other metal pieces and beads.
Please be aware that every computer screen and camera differs in the display of color, so there may be variations in color. Also each natural stones appearance is unique so the stones may vary.

If you do not like using your credit card online, and would prefer to send a check you may print/copy your order and email or fax it to me for a total including shipping prior to sending a check and or money order. Items paid by check are shipped after funds are verified.

Here's how:
Add items to your cart as you normally would. When it comes time to pay, scroll down the comment box and advise how you would like to be charged. I will contact you via email or phone to verify prior to sending out your order.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do pay via credit card, your card will not be charged until I ship your item(s). Please note the charge to your card may appear as "Liquid Wine & Spirits" or "Liquid Partyworks, Inc" I will advise you if this will appear when I send you and email that your order has been shipped.

Custom Orders:
All Custom ordered jewelry will be crafted upon receipt of payment of a non-refundable 50% materials deposit. All custom orders sales are final.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. I will send you a picture of the completed piece for your approval prior to shipping. I love doing custom work, but custom orders require more time in communication and usually requires twice as much labor as items that are all ready completed and ready for sale.
Customers who change the original design more than 2 times will be assessed an additional 20% custom order surcharge.
Expedite Order:
Most orders ship within 2 days after payment is received or check has been cleared for 48 hours.
If you need your order faster, you can purchase RUSH delivery when you order, and it will ship within the time frame we agree upon. (assuming all materials are in stock).
If a component needs to be ordered (such as a crystal color or stone etc) I will contact you with an estimated shipping date before processing your order. The RUSH delivery charge enables me to prioritize your order. The normal shipping charge for all orders is not included in the RUSH fee.
Shipping:
We use the US Postal Service, FedEx , UPS and Dhl. All shipping is by Ground transport by our choice of carrier. You may choose a carrier but we reserve the right to change the carrier for any reason to expedite the delivery. Additional shipping charges for international delivery.
You may upgrade to air service at an additional charge. Please call for rates. Rates are based by your location and the length of time of delivery.
Most pre-made piece orders are sent with confirmation of payment received by Pampered Pixie.
Duplicating an item, or multiples of an item may take a little more time and usually ship within 5 - 7 business days.
Although I normally can get a custom order out in 5 days, please allow additional time for custom orders.
If there is a due date, please let me know when placing the order (add the time frame in the comment box)
There is an additional charge for insurance on your items when being sent. Please add a comment in the comment area if you would like insurance or do not want your item insured.
I will not be responsible for the item(s) that are not insured. We recommend insurance for all of our shipments so please insure your packages.
Wholesale:
I am not offering wholesale pricing at this time. I will offer re-sellers an opportunity to sell Pampered Pixie items in a Boutique/or and Salon or spa on an individual basis. If you are interested in carrying my items or custom items, please contact me via phone or email.
Miscellaneous:
I make every custom jewelry item by hand, and schedule my time accordingly. I may have to delay delivery or turn down additional orders in order to complete a large order.
Catalog
I do not have a paper catalog but if you are looking for a specific item please contact me and if I have an item that matches what you are looking for I will send you a picture and information on the item. If I do not have something, I can always create something special just for you. (See Custom Ordering Section).
Product Pricing:
Prices posted on website are based on current market values and subject to change without notice according to fashion or trend or supply issue. We also reserve the right to change incorrect pricing due to typographical errors. Please check your final order confirmation to insure correct pricing.
Payments:
Make all payments payable to Pampered Pixie.
Personal/business checks, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks are accepted as well as Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover.
PayPal payments may be accepted on a case by case basis. If you want to use your credit card, select that option with your order.
In all cases, funds must clear prior to shipment. No exceptions.
Repairs
I guarantee all of my work for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 90 days repair is always available; you are merely responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs. I will repair your items without labor fees after consideration of normal wear and tear of your purchase. Please always contact me regarding the repairs required before shipping your item back to me.
I will be happy to repair my pieces at any time and the fees etc. can and will be negotiated prior to agreement on the repair.
Returns:
You may exchange your item, or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time.
We accept returns if the item(s) do not meet your satisfaction. Please contact me regarding the issue so we may resolve it in a quick and courteous manner. I stand by my product and I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase.
Please email me regarding the issue/problem so we are in agreement and I can give you a return order number to track and to authorize the return.
The item must be in original "as new" condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured. You MUST return your item packaged securely, hopefully in the box it arrived in! I have had orders mailed back to me that are bent, twisted, and ruined because of inadequate packaging. If you do not package your jewelry carefully I can not refund your money or exchange the piece. There is a 10% restocking fee for orders under $100.00 There may be a 20% handling - restocking fee on orders over $100.00. Please make sure we communicate prior to you returning the item. Please remember that I took the time to make your order, package it, ship it, in addition to the processing fees for the website shopping carts, PayPal, etc. I incur fees when processing an order.
There may be a 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders.
